Kaplan, 42, has listed her exquisite home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for sale with a $2.85 million price tag - $1 million more than the $1.85 million she purchased it for in 2013. Apparently, the home is not Kaplan's current residence: it has been listed for rent since 2023 at $15,000 a month.
