Lizzy Caplan, who shot to fame as Janice Ian in the classic comedy Mean Girls, is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the film's release. Now, she's poised to achieve another major milestone by the end of 2024 - selling one of her first real estate investments.

Kaplan, 42, has listed her exquisite home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for sale with a $2.85 million price tag - $1 million more than the $1.85 million she purchased it for in 2013. Apparently, the home is not Kaplan's current residence: it has been listed for rent since 2023 at $15,000 a month.
